How can I get Qubee?

We’d love you to join us so we’ve tried to make the process as straightforward as possible. You’ll find a registration form if you click here. Completing this form will prompt a sales representative to get in touch who will take you through the rest of the registration process and ensure that your connection is installed as quickly as possible. Alternatively, you can call our customer service and support team who’ll be delighted to take you through the registration process or you can visit one of the Qubee stores..

Which services does Qubee offer?

Qubee offers a fast and reliable broadband internet service with tariffs available to suit everyone’s needs.

Is Qubee suitable for use at my business?

It most certainly is and we have some business-specific tariffs available. We’d be very pleased to offer advice about using Qubee in the workplace. Just call our customer service and support line for more information.

Is Qubee available in my area?

Qubee is currently available in Dhaka,Chittagong,Sylhet you can check our coverage area here. We're very sorry if our service doesn't currently include your home or business, but please keep checking as the Qubee network is growing all the time. We also have plans to expand into other cities. If you'd like to register your interest for the Qubee service when it becomes available in your city, please write us @ qubee@qubee.com.bd.

Is a Qubee connection more reliable than cable or dial-up?

We use WiMAX technology which means that you receive our internet service wirelessly. We don’t have to rely on infrastructure which could become old and corroded. This allows us to provide a faster, more reliable service.

What kinds of data speed can I expect?

This will depend on the service that you choose to subscribe to, but speeds of up to 2Mbps are available.

How do Qubee speeds compare to DSL, cable and dial-up?

We offer postpay services at a range of speeds with the fastest service at 2Mbps. We hope you’ll be happy to find that the speed you pay for is the speed you get.

Which operating systems and devices does Qubee support?

Qubee can be used with most computers and operating systems.

How do I access the internet with Qubee?

Once our engineer has installed your Qubee modem, you’ll be able to access the internet anytime simply by logging onto your computer as normal. But if you want to install it by yourself then please log on to QUBEE YouTube channel and find all the installations clips.

What can I do with 1GB?

1GB is a surprisingly large amount of data. You can stream around 19 hours of MP3 music or watch 7 hours of YouTube video or send 13,000 emails with small photo attachments.

Does Qubee charge to visit my premises?

Qubee will provide complimentary installation of your modem and on location visit to your premises as per your request.

How do I receive my bill?

Your bill will be sent monthly to the email address provided on your subscription form.So, please provide us your correct contact information(specially valid mobile number and email address).

What methods of payment are accepted?

How long will it take to set up my connection?

Once you've signed up, we will help you to install your device and provide information as per your queries over phone. If it is necessary we will sent an engineer to your premises to check and install your device. You can always call us @ 028959911 for any farther clarification.

Can I install the equipment myself?

Yes you can. Please check FAQ 12 for details.

Can I upgrade my package if I want more bandwidth?

Yes. Please contact our customer care line. Our agents will be happy to advise you.

Can I use my existing modem to access Qubee?

No, you will need a dedicated Qubee modem.

Can I connect more than one computer to the Qubee service?

Yes you can, QUBEE has three options for you to set-up a private WiFi network where you can use more than one devices.You can use QUBEE TOWER, GIGASET+WiFi ROUTER or QUBEE POCKET WiFi to create your own WiFi network. To know more about QUBEE modems check our DEVICE page.

I want more bandwidth/speed. What should I do?

If you’re not already on our fastest speed, please call our customer service and support line to arrange an upgrade.

What is Qubee’s policy on P2P (Peer to Peer)?

We require that all our subscribers behave within the law. Customers are also asked to respect the fair usage download limit as defined in our terms and conditions.

How secure is the connection?

WiMax is an inherently secure technology with encryption and authentication performed automatically. It’s still important that internet users make sure that their own computers have anti-virus software installed and that users only visit sites and download emails from trusted sources.

How do I manage my own account?

You can log in to your Qubee account using your Qubee username and password. If you have any problems with this please contact our customer care and support line.

I am moving to a new home; can I take my Qubee connection with me?

Assuming there is coverage, your Qubee connection can be moved to your new home. Please click here to see if your new home is covered by our service. Don’t forget to tell Qubee customer services you’re moving because we may need to make some minor changes to the way your service is configured.

I am moving to a different city, what will happen to my connection?

At the moment Qubee is only available in Dhaka,Chittagong and Sylhet. If you are leaving these places, please contact Qubee customer services who will be happy to assist you.

What is the warranty period of QUBEE Modems?

6 months replacement warranty.
